RefSplice™ Primer Design Tool
The RefSplice primer design tool queries alternative splice data from NCBI's Entrez Gene, and utilizes the alignment
of the Reference Sequence (RefSeq) data to develop PCR strategies for use on Genofi's Splicist Library Panels.
A graphical exon-map provides a panoramic view of the related sequences where exons can be directly selected for primer design.
The intuitive user interface is flexible and allows various PCR design strategies to be used with the Splicist Panels for the discovery
of novel transcripts.
